WHAT TO EXPECT

Metabolic, Bone & Muscle Health

This 1.5-hour assessment focuses on your overall physical health, including a resting metabolic rate test (requires fasting for 4-6 hours), bone density, and muscle strength evaluation. Wear comfortable clothing, and bring water. A 45-minute report review will be scheduled following the assessment to discuss your results.

Cognitive Health

In this 1-hour session, we perform cognitive tests to assess memory, attention, and mental agility. No preparation is required, but come ready to focus. A 45-minute report review will be booked after the assessment to go over your results and recommendations.

Fall Prevention & Healthy Aging Assessment

This 2-hour appointment evaluates balance, gait, and mobility to identify potential fall risks. Wear comfortable clothing and supportive shoes. Following the assessment, a 45-minute report review will be scheduled to provide personalized insights and strategies.

Report Review

A 45-minute report review is included with each package and will be booked after your initial assessment. During this session, we’ll go over your results in detail and provide tailored recommendations for your health plan.
