Individual Tests for Optimal Health & Performance

01

VO₂ Max Testing

VO₂ Max Testing measures the maximum amount of oxygen your body can use during intense physical activity. “VO₂” stands for “volume of oxygen,” and your “max” value represents your body’s peak ability to take in, transport, and use oxygen.

02

Resting Metabolic Testing

Resting Metabolic Testing measures how many calories your body uses while at complete rest. This number is called your Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR). It reflects the energy your body needs to perform basic functions like breathing, circulating blood, and supporting cell activity even when you’re not moving.

03

Balance, Power & Strength Testing

Balance, Power, and Strength Testing is a set of assessments designed to measure how well your body stabilizes, how explosively you can generate force, and how much strength your muscles can produce.

04

Cognitive Health & Vision Assessment

A Cognitive Health Assessment measures how your brain responds to information, processes stimuli, and engages in basic cognitive functions. Instead of relying on guesswork or subjective observations, this test provides measurable data on brain activity.

05

R.E.M.S Bone Scan

R.E.M.S. (Radiofrequency Echographic Multi-Spectrometry) is a non-ionizing ultrasound-based technology for assessing bone health in adults aged 21 and older. It is suitable for individuals across all activity levels and provides clinically relevant data on skeletal integrity. Unlike DEXA, which quantifies bone mineral density, R.E.M.S. evaluates both bone quantity and microarchitectural quality. It also generates a fragility-fracture risk index, offering a more comprehensive picture of bone strength and overall fracture susceptibility.

06

Extended Endurance Testing

The Extended Endurance Test, sometimes called an Extended Endurance Ramp Test is a structured ramp test combining short work intervals (often 2–4 minutes) with brief rest periods to help pinpoint your metabolic thresholds and your steady-state performance zones.

07

Fuelling Assessment

The Race Pace & Fuelling Assessment is a performance evaluation designed to measure how your pre-planned nutrition (gels, drinks, carbs, electrolytes, etc.) affects your pacing, energy, and endurance at and around your target race intensity.

08

Running & Gait Assessment

A 30 minute assessment for athletes seeking to optimize their running mechanics and prevent injuries. This service offers a detailed assessment of your gait, providing insights to improve your stride efficiency and reduce the risk of common injuries.
