RACE PACE - FUELLING ANALYSIS
The ISHP Fueling Assessment is designed to optimize your race-day nutrition by evaluating how your fueling strategy impacts performance. The test begins with four 6-minute stages at and around your target race pace, allowing us to establish baseline performance. After a 20-minute break, during which you follow your usual gel or fueling protocol, you repeat the four 6-minute stages. Comparing performance before and after fueling helps us understand how your nutrition affects energy management and endurance, enabling us to fine-tune your race-day fueling strategy for maximum efficiency and results.
