EXTENDED ENDURANCE RAMP TEST

A 60-minute assessment designed to measure an athlete's sustainable power and aerobic capacity with precision. This test consists of 2 to 4-minute effort intervals with 1-minute rest periods, allowing for more accurate evaluation of aerobic threshold and steady-state performance. It provides more usable and repeatable data, making it easier to track progress over time. Ideal for long-distance runners aiming to fine-tune their training zones.

THE HYBRID EVENT SIMULATION

The Hybrid Simulation is a full-course assessment that uses real-time diagnostics to optimize your training and prepare you for any HYROX event.  With advanced tools including muscle oxygen sensors, heart rate monitoring, smart insoles, and a movement screen it uncovers inefficiencies in endurance, strength, pacing, and mobility. RACE PACE - FUELLING ANALYSIS

The ISHP Fueling Assessment is designed to optimize your race-day nutrition by evaluating how your fueling strategy impacts performance. The test begins with four 6-minute stages at and around your target race pace, allowing us to establish baseline performance. After a 20-minute break, during which you follow your usual gel or fueling protocol, you repeat the four 6-minute stages. Comparing performance before and after fueling helps us understand how your nutrition affects energy management and endurance, enabling us to fine-tune your race-day fueling strategy for maximum efficiency and results.
