BOOKING & APPOINTMENTS

When booking services via the ISHP website or the Jane app, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking.  Appointments booked through the Jane app may require personal information, including health-related data, which is collected and managed according to Health Canada regulations and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for managing your appointment, including attending on time or canceling within the allowed time frame if necessary.

PAYMENTS & FEES

All services offered by ISHP are subject to fees, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or as specified.

 

Cancellations or changes to appointments may incur fees as outlined in the cancellation policy. ISHP reserves the right to update pricing, payment methods, and fee structures at any time, and you will be notified of any changes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the ISHP website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ISHP or our content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

 

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any material from this website without the express written consent of ISHP. Unauthorized use of the website or any content may violate intellectual property laws and subject you to legal penalties.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

ISHP strives to ensure that all content on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the information and disclaim liability for errors or omissions.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

ISHP does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. However, information may be collected through the Jane app for appointment booking purposes, including health-related data, which is protected under Health Canada’s regulations. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us without your consent, please contact us immediately. We will take steps to delete such information promptly.

USER CONDUCT

You agree to use the ISHP website and services for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from engaging in any conduct that could:

  • Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the website.

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Infringe upon the rights of ISHP or any third parties.

TERMINATION

ISHP reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the website and services at any time, for any reason, including without limitation if you violate these terms.
