What is the Bio-PerformX Program?
Bio-PerformX is a multi-stage testing and monitoring program focused on understanding and improving endurance, strength, and fueling strategies.
The program evaluates:

VO₂ Max: your body’s maximal oxygen uptake and aerobic capacity

Extended Endurance Ramp Test: 60-minute assessment of sustainable power and aerobic efficiency using structured intervals

Strength & Power Testing: peak anaerobic power, fatigue rate, and explosive output via Wingate cycling and Proteus analysis
-
Fuelling Assessment: evaluates how nutrition impacts energy management and endurance
-
Progress over time: repeatable, precise testing allows you to track improvements and adjust training strategies
Participants receive detailed reports and guided reviews of their results, allowing them to refine training, optimize nutrition, and achieve measurable performance improvements.

Athletic clothing and shoes are required for physical testing portions. All assessments are non-invasive, structured, and designed to give a clear, objective view of your endurance capabilities and potential improvements over time.
